All of the apartments at King Street Towers have a practical, modern interior design that sets it apart from other rooms for rent in the area. Ceiling to floor glass windows allow plenty of natural light into the space. The bedrooms each have a full-sized bed, nightstand, wardrobes, study desk, and chair. The kitchen and dining area has a dining table with chairs, wall-mounted cupboards and under sink cabinets for storage. There is a full-sized refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave oven. We have an on-site laundry facility, as well.

We have a 24-hour recreation centre where you can play billiards, ping pong, foosball, and poker with your friends. The fitness centre is open 24/7 so you don’t need to purchase a gym membership off-site. We also have a yoga room and saunas. The rooftop patio with fire pit is a perfect place for enjoying the city lights at night.

While searching for rooms for rent, you might have noticed that a lot of student residences do not allow pets. If you happen to have a pet and you wish to take them with you, this can be a bit frustrating. Well, the good news is, King Street Towers offers pet-friendly accommodations for those with group leases.
